Terms of Service.

1. The Protocol

By accessing the Valacard platform or commissioning an artifact, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Valacard ("the Business", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our digital identity systems and the production of physical NFC hardware. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately.

2. Service Description

Valacard provides a high-fidelity platform for designing digital business identities and forging physical NFC-enabled artifacts. Our service includes the hosting of your digital "Bridge" and the manufacturing of physical cards based on user-provided designs.

3. Custom Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading images, logos, or text to our laboratory, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have express written permission from the owner to use it for commercial printing.
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The content is not illegal, offensive, or harmful.

You retain full ownership of your original designs. However, you grant Valacard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content strictly for the purposes of processing, manufacturing, and delivering your commissioned artifact.

4. Payments & Fulfillment

All pricing is displayed in USD and is subject to change based on laboratory overhead. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once an order is moved to the "Forged" (Printed) state, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Logistics & Shipping Disclaimer

Fulfillment estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Production times may fluctuate based on laboratory volume.

Valacard is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) or incorrect shipment coordinates provided during the verification sequence.

6. Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valacard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our artifacts. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valacard from any claims or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of infringing content.

7. Public Directory & Visibility Protocol

By opting into the "Publicly Listed" setting for your digital artifact, you acknowledge and agree that your professional identity markers (including but not limited to: Full Name, Job Title, Company Name, and Zip Code) will be indexed and made searchable within the Valacard Public Business Directory.

You retain the right to withdraw from the directory at any time by modifying your artifact's visibility settings in the Workspace. Valacard is not responsible for any unsolicited signals or contacts established through your public directory entry.
